Nothing Changes if

I purchased this shirt for its reminder of yesterday is not today. Four years out from surviving stage 4 cancer in my head I have learned going forward means adapting to new things in your life. My new normal is discipline and commitment to a better version of self. So yeah, nothing changes if nothing changes.
