Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as posters, stickers, decals, etc, cannot be returned (see individual item descriptions for further information).

To complete your return/exchange, we require you to email us with your order #, date purchased, reason for return, and any applicable pictures or information regarding the item being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back with out emailing first, and receiving a reference # for your return package.

We do not cover the cost to ship your return to us.

Any return/exchange item received without a return reference #, not in its original condition, or damaged, will be returned back to the customer, at their cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process the exchange or refund, as originally noted via email.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately free items and sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product (once you have received your reference #), you should mail your product to: 1033 Blanding Blvd, #302, Orange Park, FL 32065

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, there will be restocking/service fees deducted from the refund, up to 20% of the purchase price.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
